Fairly clean hotel, and the stuff were excellent and amiable, location was particularly good in a gentrifying neighborhood. Location: the property was near to Vib Tempe as well as the airport. Explored an artificial perennial reservoir, that is located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

this hotel was great base for exploring tempe, liked it. the room was non-smoking and the personnel was excellent and great. the setting was favourable, just off the airport and vib tempe. it also was in a gentrifying neighborhood.

We loved the artsy vibe at this hotel, with its trendy decor and great artwork. The lack of carpet in the rooms made them feel modern and clean. We enjoyed hanging out in the cafe/lounge area as well as the bar and restaurant. The location is ideal, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a Whole Foods nearby. We also appreciated the ease of renting scooters and the beautiful mountain views just a few miles away.

This hotel is perfect for younger adults looking for a trendy stay in a gentrifying area with plenty of restaurants, bars and even a Whole Foods in walking distance. The hotel has an artsy environment with great artwork, and no carpet in the rooms. The design of the room and bathroom is well thought through for a comfortable stay. Additionally, hotel facilities such as the lounge and restaurant make for an enjoyable stay.

Customer service can be improved.

The hotel has a trendy and unique design with interesting artwork, adding to the vibe of the neighborhood. It is located near great mountain views and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel also features a bar, restaurant, and café/lounge area which is ideal for hanging out.

The hotel staff is mediocre at best as they did not provide adequate customer service, nor did they seem to care. Housekeeping was particularly aggressive, which ruined my late check out experience.

My recent stay at Vib Hotel By Best Western Phoenix was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and well-designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's trendy and artsy environment, with great artwork and a lack of carpet in the rooms, added to the overall modern feel. The location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a Whole Foods store within walking distance. Additionally, the availability of scooter rentals made exploring the area convenient. Lastly, the proximity to beautiful mountain views was a definite highlight.

This hotel has a great location, close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The room design is modern and trendy, and the overall cleanliness is superb. The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center and an upscale restaurant, perfect for a sit-down dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful, always eager to assist you in any way they can.

On the negative side, I was disappointed to find out there was no complimentary breakfast available, just a few pastries and sandwiches that were not appealing at all. the shower design in the room was not practical, as water always ended up on the bathroom floor.
